Welcome to A Life for Seniors LLC. By accessing or using alifeforseniors.com ("Site") or our senior living placement services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

A Life for Seniors LLC is a free senior living advisory and placement service. We help families identify independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. Our services are 100% free to families — we are compensated by senior living communities only upon a successful move-in.

2. Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

Information provided by A Life for Seniors LLC, including our advisors, blog articles, and resource tools (such as cost comparisons and VA benefit calculators), is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

3. No Guarantee of Placement

We make good-faith recommendations based on the information you share with us, but we do not guarantee availability at any specific community, pricing, or care outcomes. Final decisions about care and community selection are yours.

4. Third-Party Communities

Senior living communities we refer you to are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their services, staffing, contracts, pricing, or the quality of care they provide.

5. Communications

By submitting a contact form, you agree to be contacted by A Life for Seniors LLC regarding your inquiry by phone or email. Submitting a website form does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. SMS consent is obtained separately through verbal confirmation with an A Life for Seniors advisor. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. A Life for Seniors LLC SMS Messaging Program

A Life for Seniors LLC may send SMS text messages to individuals who have requested assistance with senior living placement services and have affirmatively consented to receive text messages. Consent is obtained verbally: a customer speaks with an A Life for Seniors advisor by phone or in person, the advisor explains the purpose and types of messages, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and the STOP and HELP instructions, then asks permission to send text messages. The customer must affirmatively agree before any SMS messages are sent. Messages may include senior living community recommendations, follow-up regarding an inquiry, appointment and tour coordination, service-related information, and occasional promotional messages.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from A Life for Seniors LLC. After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you subsequently provide consent again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and messages sent from you to us. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from A Life for Seniors LLC.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property
